"Wouldn’t book here again. No hotel staff on site is the biggest issue. Everything is do it yourself. They don’t service your room, it’s impossible to get clean towels & rags and there are no amenities. The pool had trash floating in it from the night before and when I notified the person on the other side of the “text massages” she replied, “maintenance told me the pool was in excellent condition”. It’s a bunch of young spring breakers staying there so it noisy and they left trash everywhere...

"Great view from our window. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk across the street. There are several restaurants within walking distance that are good options. The restaurant in the hotel has a very limited menu. Overall it’s a nice hotel. We will stay there again. "

"I hate to do this but this hotel was not great. Certainly not a 4 star. There was a lot of management chaos. When we arrived, there was someone in our room and the front desk did not know who it was. We got placed instead in a room that was not as nice as the one we reserved because they had nothing else. We still have no idea what happened there. The elevators were malfunctioning, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and there was a significant drip coming from the air conditioner...
