"Parking garage elevators were broken.
Not handicapped, friendly at all throughout the whole facility. The was post to be a king with a large tub i must be used to California king. Because that was no king's size bed. In fact, it felt like it was more like a california queen i'm a tub, was a complete letdown."

"Awesome place. Only suggestions are that the loft could definitely have better railing around the bed and whole area for safety. The site could use some sort of family activities like a game room. The split unit remote was confusing and it was either too hot or too cold but other than that it was just right ;)"
