"Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, comfortable, and bed was very cozy. I would have packed a makeup mirror as the lighting is not ideal to do makeup… but that was my only small struggle. Best part was how centrally located it was!! Short walk to Pikes Market or the Needle.. and Top Pot. I quickly became obsessed with this coffee and donut spot just a few paces down the street."

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn ’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. "We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
