"Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular and location was very convenient - within walking distance to all attractions but just far enough so it's not in the noisy/busy area. Did not have a chance to use the gym. Would return."

"This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was warm, well maintained and the hotel offers everything you need for short city break with a fantastic breakfast buffet with a choice for everyone. My only negative (which is out of the control of the hotel) is that it can be quite noisy outside if you have a low floor outward facing room - we were on the 1st floor. If you are a light sleeper like me, then maybe request a high floor on internally facing room. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would happily stay again."

"Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them. "

"Perfect location, lovely staff they were great help as they helped us with booking of thermal bath and advised us of travel cards and also booked taxi to airport for us. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends "
