"The best part of our stay at Loew's Hollywood was our Sunday morning breakfast at Preston's...Our waitress Lilly was extraordinary. I have an autistic adult son who is a picky eater and she was quick to make sure his needs (our needs) were met. She went way above regular standards of service, bringing him extra A-1 sauce for his "perfectly cooked" steak...it might not sound like much but her service put this busy mom and dad at ease. Truly extraordinary experience ✨️ 🙌 I know Loews is a fine hotel when the staff enjoys what they do...Lilly was a fine representative of what quality service looks like. 🤗Very Sincerely yours, Laura Martin"

"We enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the pool area was a highlight. The food at Tropicana was excellent (but very VERY pricey) and the gym was surprisingly well equipped for an older hotel. We would recommend."
