"I loved this hotel but we didn’t have any hot water to shower before we checked out Sunday morning that’s the only bad thing I have to say and they should offer complimentary breakfast"

"The suite was really big perfect for my family. Beds was soft and room clean. Only reason i gave 4 stars is because i had issues at check in the lady told me one of my rooms was gone and i only had 2 instead of 3. I kept tell her one of my rooms was in another name. We paid for all three rooms but she was still tell me that the 3 i book was only 2. Yes very confusing and frustrating when we just drove 10 hrs. When we checked out the new lady at the desk said she didn’t know what the issue was but my card i placed on file was on all 3 rooms so they were all mine. Other then that hotel was clean, they only had 1 elevators working but rooms was really nice."

"The staff was sooooooo nice from beginning to end. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a porridge or pre-made oatmeal available for my toddler otherwise we enjoyed the waffles. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Parking is super convenient and available"

"We didn’t use the pool. It was a little chilly. The condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Staff was very accommodating. "

"Clean room -- I wanted to ck in early (was willing to pay) and I was willing to wait in the lobby ... the girl pretty much forgot about me (I had reservations with a special note for early ck in) finally a young man got me in my room quickly. "

"The rooms were very clean. The staff were awesome. We didnt get the opportunity to try out the pool or the game room as planned but the resort is very nice and we would stay there again. "
