"The resort is a little worn from when I visited it as a time share. The pool area needed some maintenance- hot tub jets didn’t work well when turning on the timer. The towels in the rooms were well worn and the blanket for the pull out coach were not clean and were rough to touch. I feel like it needs a little touch up refresher. the kiddie pools was under construction -"

"The door in our washroom did not close properly. The door was touching the floor, therefore rubbing the floor everytime we opened/closed the door. The continental breakfast was not a true free breakfast- pay 8$ extra for eggs and bacon? Kinda silly if you ask me. That should have been included in continental breakfast. This will draw people away and encourage them to go elsewhere in my opinion."

"Rooms were fine. The bathrooms were very old and disgusting. I refused to shower or let my kids take a bath. The bath/shower was NOT clean at all with lots of stains and just extremely dated and dirty."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property - and especially because they accommodated our 2 dogs (both under 50lbs) which was great. The room was very clean, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash had a lovely scent which we really liked. We had breakfast at the restaurant adjoining the casino and were impressed with the service and the portion sizes. All of our personalized egg requests were honoured to perfection.
