"The front desk staff were as helpful as possible, but the manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Not only was she rude to hotel guests, she was rude to her staff. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness her patronizing the staff in front of a crowded lobby. The front desk staff would try to help and she would undermine what they were trying to do, which was pretty poor customer service. The room wasn't terrible for the price, it could've been cleaner and it would've benefitted from being...

"I stopped in the early afternoon on our way to our venue and did paperwork and told them I wouldn’t be back until about 1am as our concert venue in was in Toronto. It was also during fifa so lots of traffic. We were tired when we got to our room and as soon as I opened the door I smelled a cigar smell I wasn’t to impressed by this and my granddaughter either. We had brought our luggage in and were tired so sucked it up. Also the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was like an old lumpy mattress....

"It was a great visit. It’s a nice hotel & we enjoyed the restaurant. They can improve by ensuring the room is stocked with necessities, as they only had 1 hand towel & 2 bath towels. We also ran out of Kleenex after a few uses. These are minor details, and of course I could call for more but it would be nice not to have to."

"The sheets were not the cleanest. I expected a suite with a king bed instead god a single bed lol. The parking is a 2 minute walk but so inconvenient and I didn’t even shower there i was too scared because she sheets were a bit yellow and pillows had minute stains on them. The room had a weird wet sock no air smell to it. Hated it. The check in and the people were nice and accommodating."
