"Check in was super smooth. Room spacious, overall clean except for the corners of the bathroom. Liked the toiletries provided which had a citrus scent. Multiple pillow options. Only complaint would be soundproofing, stayed at a room facing the street, could hear the planes as well as guests next door and in the hallway"

"I hesitated booking this room because there were no refunds and I was scared to commit in case I had to cancel my trip, but I am so glad I finally booked it. The location is ideal- there are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room were a fabulous size and the feeling was one of being in a small apartment as opposed to a hotel. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. Coffee was refilled every day and I was given a bottle of wine for the stay. The reception team was...
