"Single rooms are cramped and very expensive for what you're getting. Location of the rooms is not great as they are on the ground floor between the communal outdoor lobby and car park which means it can be noisy at night. However, it is clean, modern and breakfast is good."

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

"hotel is prima. een oud pand met her en der wa onderhoudswerkzaamheden ( die noodzakelijk zijn) maar dat is het probleem. de schoonmaak laat de wensen over. onder het bed lagen allerlei voorwerpen van eerdere gasten. in de gast lagen spullen van andere gasten en de badkamer was niet schoon. jammer want dit alles hoeft niet"

"Prettig hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Ik sliep op een gezellige, onverwacht ruime zolderkamer (met ramen en daglicht). De kamer en badkamer waren brandschoon. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk, bij het uitchecken kreeg ik een koffie mee voor onderweg."

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."
