"Breakfast was very very good: variety, quality and staff. Room was great, but I had to be firm on wanting the view of the hills instead of the solid wall of apartments. Shops nearby: best is the beer stores across/over the highway out front. Not a very nice neighborhood around the hotel, but the metro station right out front gave you access to the entire city, to the beach area with decent restaurants and all the way to the Colaba Area. It is much cheaper and faster than taxis. Walking to the corner to the left of hotel was a KFC that was good (after eating vegetarian for most of my month long stay in India). Pool up on the roof is a great place to hang out, swim and walk around on the roof. Too bad it closes at 8pm. I choose this hotel for convenience and familiarity. It compares competently to the 5 star Taj hotels I’ve stayed at in Mumbai in the past."

"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "

"Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very special. Location is perfect for terminal 2 international and domestic and can be walked in a few minutes or via a free shuttle. Arrived very late and early checkout so didn't get to try the spa or even try breakfast after a late room service meal (which was excellent). All in all a superb hotel. "
