"Very spacious rooms with a great view of the city. Staff and room service is excellent and highly efficient.
Downtown attractions are close by at a 10-12 mins drive.
Breakfast is mediocre. Not too many options and they do not bring refills of everything.
The only suggestion is to have exhaust fans added to the restrooms
Overall, excellent place to stay with families and friends
Highly recommended"

"Stayed here with spouse 2 weekday nights. Great location in Brookline a couple of blocks from the Coolidge Corner stop of the C branch of the Green Line. It's a great non-touristy neighborhood of shops and restaurants.
This hotel seems to be trying for a "fancy" look and feel, but lacks some basics. For example, the light switches in the room are ridiculously complicated, yet something as simple as soap is available only in a highly scented version and there's no alternative. The body wash for...

"The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would...

"Very nice hotel!!! We stayed only one night before our flight home. I don't think I would have done our entire 5 nights in Boston there since the public transportation is so much easier across the bay in the city center. Shuttle to airport was excellent."
