"Riverview was good. Tub shower unit good size. The restaurant was only open 4 days a week for 3 hours. Maybe low season? The desk clerk served me drinks in the bar even when the bar was closed, that was above and beyond. Overall we were happy there."

"The hotel wasn't anything like described. The bar, restuarant, garden and terrace were all closed. But there are a couple of local restaurants nearby. The stairs up to our room were very tight. So it would be very difficult to use a large suitcase. Our room was half renovated. The bathroom was quite roomy and looked nice. But the flush on the toilet broke and there was no one to report it to. A small part fell off the shower while I was using it. A hairdryer was provided, but it was fixed so far up the wall , that I found it hard to use. There was a new wardrobe but the door ,shelves and mirror hadn't been secured ,so it was very dangerous, and unusable. They didn't provide any hangers. Therefore we had nowhere to put our clothes. On the plus side. We had free use of the coffee machine downstairs. The hotel was in a very good location and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential . We found it expensive for what was offered at this time."

"The breakfast was really good, lovely to be able to get a coffee or tea at any time too! Convenient for the city, and it has a nice rooftop terrace too. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very shabby hotel. Bed was clean but window curtains and net filthy!! In desperate need of refurbishment. Unable to control heating so room like an oven .safety chain on room door broken !!"

"Building site around the hotel and inside. Noise and unpleasant. Please avoid. Also too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast very basic."

"Very good hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Going out of the airport was a pain as it's fully surrounded by a fence, so shuttle or taxi is needed to get to the hotel"

"The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one. "

"Very quiet and peaceful situated in beautiful hilltop countryside and with plenty of parking Although quite isolated there is a regular cable car service to the town. There is also a neighbouring bar/restaurant with stunning views over the valley below"
