"The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. "Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue sur l’extérieur, mais notre demande n’a pas été prise en considération. La chambre qu’on nous a attribuée était très sale : pleine de poussière, le plancher était sale, et de l’eau coulait du toit dès qu’on ouvrait la porte de la chambre. Le stationnement est très petit, ce qui oblige à faire beaucoup de manœuvres pour se garer. En plus de tout cela, on nous a demandé un dépôt de sécurité de 200 $.
