"Very misleading. It has a shuttle and parking that says included but it was not. $25 per day parking. If you need to stay and fly out from Toronto, I suggest going elsewhere. It was otherwise a very moderate/low end hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a mystery spray stain on the wall. And the “blackout” curtains did nothing, which made early bed for an early flight impossible. Everything cost extra, which is a bummer."

"Being in brampton we was told that it is in a high crime area however we seen zero crime and had no encounters that seemed unsafe. The location was amazing and so close to major roads that made it easy to travel around. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and when coming back to toronto I would book again."
