"Everything was good overall. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in, and they were easily accessible whenever we needed assistance. The only issue we experienced was finding ants in our room. However, the staff were very helpful and promptly moved us to a different room, so everything worked out well in the end. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated how accommodating and responsive the staff were."

"Loved how close it is to everything especially the Rogers Centre and CN tower. Had all we needed in terms of bedding, towels, etc. Bed was comfy but the futon and couch weren’t as comfortable. But ok for a night or two. Quiet building, clean and well taken care of. Checking in was a little tricky. We arrived at night and couldn’t get in touch with the owner to buzz us in. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I’m assuming it was because we indicated our arrival time to be between...

"Elevators were terrible. The pull out couch was broken so we had 2 kids that slept on the floor. Location and View was great but glad we only stayed one night."
