"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

Even better if: some coffee provided not just 2 tisane sachets with no ingredients listed. A chopping board would be useful in kitchen. Be aware that the lift does not serve the underground car park so heavy bags need to be left with reception on arrival or have to be carried up a spiral staircase for one floor to access lift to rooms."

"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. "I may only stay few hours, due to AC not working , they move us to Hilton Garden. The room in Hampton is good, we have the room that facing the river, the view pretty good. Reception is nice, as the back to the room at 9pm n found out that the AC does not working ( room getting pretty hot ) , Antoine respond it well and we ask can we be move and he check n move ua to neighbouring Hilton Garden . Where we spend 3nights , Hilton Garden also pretty nice hotel, I think both hotels are best choice for Tours"
