"Hotel was in quiet area not far from River. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Room was clean, good size bed, staff quite helpful. Not sure if AC is available in summer as temperature control only had heat ( April) . Parking was limited near hotel but could provide in mall not too far or on street. "

"The hotel is about 10~15 minute walk from the city centre. In the other direction you can reach the train station and bus station. While it is within walking distance, it is better to use taxi if you have luggage. It is clean and well-maintained. A safe is provided in the room, despite it is not mentioned in the specification. There is no coffee/tea facility in the room though. It doesn't have a restaurant for lunch/dinner but does provide sufficient space for breakfast. There are enough choices...

"It is lack of enough staff. First night, suddenly we wake up at 3 am with a tribble noise due to strong wind causing the window to be open. We could not closed it and lot of rain was entering into our room affecting our stuffs. Went down to reception, he offer to change our room but there no one to help us to get our stuff to move the the new room. I asked for a bottle of water, no room service was available after midnight and also no any water bottle was available to be taken to our room....
