Pero la taza del baño no funcionaba, éramos un grupo de 5 en una habitación familiar y no podíamos usar el baño, teníamos que ir hasta el lobby. Llamamos a recepción para informar que no servía, mandaron a un chico una hora después… y no resolvió nada. Apparently the building was constructed approx. 500 years ago and it feels like you're staying in a castle. Beautiful and totally unique stone work to appreciate as well. "The breakfast package we purchased with the room, was not that good, in my honest opinion. we only ate it 1 of the 3 mornings we were there. thankfully, there are lots of restaurants and pastry shops in walking distance! but the hotel was 10/10! very nice staff, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and clean! would stay here again, just wouldn't purchase the breakfast package or eat lunch at the hotel."

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."
