"Pretty disappointed by my stay here. I was on the first floor which is basically on the street level so I have to close my blinds during the days or I literally have people walking by my window. The couch area has the same problem making it hard to sit there. The walls are also paper thin so it’s quite noisy from both the busy street right next to it and the other people in the halls. Temperature control is extremely basic, worse than I’ve seen in much cheaper hotels. No bathtub, no bathrobe...

For check in there was some confusion, the was supposed to be a form emailed to me for me to fill out regarding occupancy information but never received it. The lady was not very accommodating for the simple face she would not let us check in early because she did not receive the form.
