"This boutique hotel is in a prime location in the upscale Polanco neighborhood. Within walking distance are several shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The property is beautiful and clean, offering 16 spacious, uniquely-furnished rooms. The staff is attentive, often checking in on guests to make sure they are comfortable and have all needed amenities. Breakfast is simple - juices, coffee or tea, cereals, toast and jam, and pieces of fruit. It does not offer prepared hot foods. If what you're looking for is a comfortable stay that is not the usual hotel experience, UTOPIC Campos Eliseos is a great option."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation."
