"The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in the western side of Flores looking across at the tiny museum and radio station island of Santa Barbara. Very close to small grocers, gifts shops and delicious, cheap street tacos. 5 minute walk to activity pick up point. Kind and friendly staff, great little cafe that claims to be owned and operated by women, great bar and decent (though expensive) restaurant with the same view as the rooms. There is a disco across the street that is very loud, so bring ear plugs or crank the ac."
