"My room was very clean and comfortable and a one minute walk to the center. Owners are so helpful with whatever you need regarding information, suggestions, etc. was given a free breakfast card to use at a local coffee shop, which was good. I enjoyed conversing with the workers there each morning. Definitely recommend this B&B. "

"The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. "I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room.
