"Arrivée après 22h30, j'ai utilisée l'ordinateur de l'entrée pour demander une chambre. J'ai répondu que j'étais seule, est ce parce qu'il n'y a pas de chambre seule qu' il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible? Dans ce cas pourquoi le demander? Je me suis entêtée le parking étant presque vide. J'ai pu avoir une réservation en passant par l'application Hôtel.com. Cette réservation n'a pas été reconnu d'emblée. J'ai eu recours par deux fois à l'interphone et l'équipe en ligne....

"Nice hotel, excessive heat in bedroom & no air-conditioning. So fans should be provided. Good restaurant. Departed at 7.30am on Sunday morning, breakfast not available before 8am. Would have been been nice to have tea, coffee and a croissant. Totally understand later breakfast on Sunday, but should offer something. "

"This is a lovely place to stay, the rooms are super clean and comfortable with good quality bedding, it’s a themed room’s we stayed in the explorer. Robert and his wife are extremely friendly and super hosts, there isn’t any tea/coffee in the room but we were offered coffee when we arrived. Robert was knowledgeable about the best places to eat locally and the breakfast was superb with local produce and Roberts home made lemon cake is a must! "The owner welcomed us and explained all the details. The room was a little cramped with 4 and unfortunately very hot, but beds were very comforable and plenty of bedding and fresh towels provided, as well as helpful simple little extras such as shower gel and tissues. I like that a poster politely asks that people save energy (helping to reduce their bills and therefore cost for customers) by switching off lights etc. when leaving the room.
