posizione ottima sulla spiaggia, belle camere spaziose con balcone bello e vista stupenda, anche se struttura po' datata che avrebbe bisogno di rinnovo. il personale della reception ok, ma al ristorante qualcuno musone e poco simpatico e il cuoco non sa cucinare, andrebbe sostituito.

Joli hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable. Jolie piscine donnant sur la plage. Possibilité d’emprunter des kayaks, de faire un snorkling trail gratuitement. Petit bémol sur le confort des chambres, clim et frigo très bruyants, salle de bain qui mériterait un coup de neuf.

Super Ausblick vom Balkon (Obere Etage). Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut und preislich ok. Gratis Schnorcheltour (inkl. Ausrüstung) durch den Marinepark. Kajaks lassen sich ebenfalls gratis leihen. Leider sehr dreckiges Badezimmer, z.B. Bartstoppel im Waschbecken. Die Anlage könnte besser gepflegt sein. Einige Liegen und Sonnenschutzdächer sollten erneuert werden.

tolle Insel, toller Strand die Zimmer brauchen etwas mehr Zuwendung, um auch das Ungeziefer fern zu halten, überall die kleinen Ameisen und leider auch Schaben.

Amazing location

We loved our stay at L'Habitation mainly due to its prime location in the St. Anne Marine Park. The free kayak rental was a great feature, which we have used every day to explore the surrounding islands. Food was mainly average, but great service! We received a free late check-out until 5:30 pm.

Bra budget alternativ. Måste planera lite då man är på en ö utan mataffär el dylikt. I hamnen där båten går till så finns det affärer. Varje dag så går en gratis snorkelsafari. Väldigt bra! Killen som kör båten, James, otroligt skön snubbe

Great views

If you want to be in the middle of all the action, this is the wrong hotel. However, if you want to get away from it all, and completely relax, Cerf island is a great place for that. It is also a great base from which to explore the marine park and the other islands in it. The hotel has free kayaks which are worth taking advantage of. They also offer free snorkel gear. The snorkeling isn't great in most places around the island, but there are a few gems that the hotel can point out which have an amazing quantity and variety of fish. The rooms are just ok and the bathrooms could really use an upgrade (or at least some maintenance and a lot more light), but you don't come to this hotel to sit in your room. The balconies and patios, with views of Mahe, are a great place to unwind. The food at the restaurant is just ok. Nothing special, but filling. There are no stores on the island and the hotel only provides bottled water on the first day, so be sure to stock up before coming to the island. The boat transfer from Eden Island was decently convenient, except that there is no late boats so you can't have dinner on Mahe.

Cerf island is a magical place

The island is a jewel and the hotel offers perfect accommodation. The owners and stuff are very helpful and pleasant people. If you are looking for a place to chill out and relax it's a perfect place to be.

Underbart litet hotell med otroligt trevlig personal. Fantastisk snorkling, häftig regnskog - helt enkelt toppen!

Relaxing hotel - boat transfers not that convenien

excellent relaxation place. Beach is only there when tide is not high, sea in front of the hotel is not that nice for swimming. Sea conditions and colour is best on back side of the island, but the kayaks are free to rent and go there. Excellent walk up and over the island, but you can't walk around the island as not all sand. Pool is a little tired and not clear, but hotel rooms are good. Uses solar power which is great. Food is ok. Breakfast could do with more bread options, as only sliced bread available, but eggs cooked how you want was a nice inclusion . Evening meal is usually at the hotel, as boat transfers push you into it. Food at the restaurant was good, but we ordered the same dish on two separate occasions and they were completely different dishes! Worst is free boat transfers are only two in the morning off island and two in the afternoon back.....no option to pop to the main island for an hour or so for free. If you want that you pay extra!! Staff at the hotel are excellent and helped with taxi and car rental bookings....also facilitated late checkout well. Excellent foliage at and around the hotel. Some snorkeling on the side of the island, but a little walk from the hotel. Would recommend people stay here as long as they are not expecting a great beach all the time or wonderful sea colours. Staff really make the place. Very relaxed feel. Great place to watch the rain on the main island whilst sitting in the sun on Cerf island.

great semi-private island near enough activities

well received. staff extremely friendly & helpful.we stayed 1/2 board which was very good and worth it as not much is nearby and you need to ferry to mainland.rooms very neat and comfy. get upstairs if you can. we had noisy couple above us plodding around all strange hours. lovely view over clean pool to mainland from room.good snorkeling nearby and we went with Max next door to do the Marine Park. he is a warden and gives you good local info.
