"We had a fabulous stay however this was somewhat hampered at the beginning due to our room having a blocked shower, 1 towel (to share 😳) & a broken hairdryer. Once I informed the staff, they were concerned, attentive and fixed the problems immediately. With special thanks to Silvia as she went ‘over & above’ with her professionalism, knowledge & swift actions - she is a credit to your hotel, as such I wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again.
