"This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star."

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with a great attention to detail. It was one of my favorite stays of all times. The beautiful art work, the furnishings, the interior design - everything is meticulously taken care of and spotless clean. "I wish I could give 5 stars as it's a really nice place. But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. The bath tub had no holder at the wall for the shower head and you could only shower by holding it above your head by yourself - there was also a very flimsy and sticky shower curtain."

"That is our favourite hotel in Prague. The breakfast is the best breakfast. Way too many choices. The hotel staff was amazing always helping with what ever need you have. Our little fridge wasn’t cooling well so Mr. David came and fix our problem- thank you one more time. We enjoy talking to you. This is the best hotel and in the best location. There are buses and trams going all the times. Thanks to all the employees we had amazing time there."
