"Everything about this hotel and property is amazing. The grounds were built on an original land that was used as a farm so the views of the surroundings are 360° of breathtaking views of tuscany! The property offers multiple amenities including their amazing infinity pool and bottega bar overlooking the amazing sunset eveynight! The service of the employees of the property was amazing. I truly recommend this property and stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy tuscany at it’s full potential!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. "Was echt top! Fijne locatie op loopafstand van lucca centrum. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligplaatsen. Kamers waren netjes, prima douche en ook erg schoon. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed en gevarieerd. Echt een fijne week gehad, niets op aan te merken!"

"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."
