"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"The check-in reception staff were excellent—efficient, welcoming, and professional, setting a strong first impression.

"Wir haben 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Hotel im Januar genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden.
Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. Es gibt ebenfalls genügend Parkplätze und eine funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos (3 phasig AC, mind. 11kW).

"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush.
