"I recently stayed at the Caribe Hilton and overall had a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really made a positive impression throughout my stay. The variety of restaurant options on the property was also a highlight. There were plenty of choices, and it was convenient to have several dining options available without having to leave the resort. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had a noticeable odor that never completely went away during my stay. While it wasn’t enough to ruin the trip, it did affect the overall comfort of the room. Overall, the resort offers a great location, wonderful staff, and excellent dining options. With a little more attention to room freshness, the experience would be even better."

"Complained to staff about cockroaches. They moved us to another room. Next room had cockroaches as well. Next day most of the hallways started to smell like bug spray. Asked front desk what they were going to do for my inconvenience for having to go through all of my belongings when I get home, and shaking out my luggage. I was just ignored. I booked two separate rooms. Neither was any better. Complained directly to hotel again when I got back and received a generic response hope next visit is better. Stay at the condos nearby next time!!"

"This is a beautiful property conveniently located near San Juan, Puerto Rico. The area is very safe to walk around during the day and even at night. I loved my stay at Condado Vanderbilt and would definitely come back!"

"Avoid this 'resort' at all costs. The pictures are deceiving. There were non-stop issues: from the undisclosed fees in addition to the resort fee, unpaved parking lot a good distance away from the actual lot residents where resident owners park, and the plastic wristband you have to wear at all times, to the live roaches crawling around the dirty rooms, having to ask to have the rooms serviced at the end of a long day (4 pm) even though cleaning staff approached that very morning (10 am) and confirmed it was to be serviced that day. They didn't even honor the full 'credit for inconvenience' they promised, later saying that because I'd prepaid my full stay through a third party, Expedia, they could only do so much for me. What a rip off!"
