"Nice spot to stay before the big hike "

"Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in)."

"Only concern is room security, no locks in window and locker is very tiny ( anyone can easily take away)"

"Nice location near the river so you can hear the water and feels kind of relaxing but they need to handle better the humidity. Towels and bed sheets smells humid. The staff is really nice, property looks little bit older but have great potential."

"Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was not staffed the hours I walked by, but the restaurant staff could handle double duty if needed. They did meet me at the train station and escort me to the hotel. Which we above and beyond. As for the surroundings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars near by, lots of shopping and scenic tours you can do. This was a great hotel, I do recommend! "
