"A very nice option in the middle of everything! There is no elevator so try to get a room on a lower floor. Keep in mind the whole town is up as early as 4am and there is a lot of noise. It might help to post a few signs for folks to be more discreet and courteous?"

"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."

"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. "Arrived a little late due to train stoppages from protests. Check in was nice and easy. Room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, so it’s a climb. But it’s good for you. Rooms are small but very nice and manageable. They have hairdryers if you ask. They had hair soap and bar soap. Bed was comfy. No ac or heat but didn’t matter it was still cool. "This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms.
