The property is a 30-minute walk/$2 Uber ride to the Plaza de Armas—as a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and enjoyed walking into town during the day, and was able to get quick Ubers every night. The property itself is in a sweet and quiet residential area and faces a tree-filled plaza. The rooms are beautiful and large, the beds extremely comfortable, and there was consistent hot water. "I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs."

"The room was beautiful! I stayed in the Presidential suite because the price was so good. It was a very spacious room and bathroom was large as well. I had a refrigerator in the room which was also a great thing. The room was a bit chilly and the space heater didn’t do a good job of warming it up. The staff was also sweet and helpful. The room is on a very loud and chaotic alley though and the party goes on all night."

"Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again."
