"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The public are very spacious and well maintained. The room was massive with a king size bed and a sofa in a separate area, along with a big wardrobe and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb (the only piece of feedback would to add labels for people with food intolerances but other than that this was one of the best breakfasts I have had recently). Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ Disappointing stay
The AC was extremely loud and made it very difficult to sleep at night. I reported the issue to the property, but they told me that the noise was “normal.” In my opinion, this level of noise is not acceptable for an air conditioner in a hotel room, especially when it prevents guests from getting a good night’s sleep. The property should inspect and properly maintain the AC units to ensure a comfortable stay."

"The hotel has a lot of character and overall my stay was fine, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. I noticed ants around the toilet bowl and was also bitten by ants during my stay.
There is no kettle in the room. Complimentary tea and hot water are only available in the lobby after 7 pm, which I found a little inconvenient, especially if you want a hot drink at other times. No tissues in the room.
As this is a converted historic house, the sound insulation between floors...

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of the World Heritage area and therefore easy to walk to everything of interest.
It is an old building which has its maintenance challenges and accommodation quirks (no external windows on some rooms as it’s built like a riad).
Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The welcome wine was a nice touch."
