Magnifique chambre et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Prendre note que vous devez vous stationner à l’extérieur de la ville malgré que sur le site web il est indiqué qu’un stationnement est possible ( Impossible selon la jeune fille à l’accueil)

Not so good experience.

Within the old town and easy to access all attractions by walk. However, the reception not user friendly and the room is not what we saw online. WiFi is almost not working. Parking is 700m away from the apartment. There are others hotels/apartments to choose and I won’t choose this one next time.

Cute room but awful service, no internet or soaps

Be sure to read the reviews before you book this place because you have to pick up the key in a restaurant and it's not always open. On hotels.com, it says you have to pick up the key between 3 and 8pm or call to arrange something else. Well I was arriving at the bus station at 8pm so I called probably 10 times or more over the course of the day but no one ever answered. Maybe the number on hotels.com is outdated, no idea. I wasn't too worried though because on Google maps, the restaurant is open 24 hrs. But this is not at all accurate. Maybe the pension is but they lock the gate around 8pm (at least on Sundays). Luckily there was someone closing up that was able to get me my key. I asked about the WiFi and he pointed to a password Ceskykrumlov that wasn't accurate. When I got to the room, there were printed house rules on the table that said there was no wifi, only LAN for which you needed a cable. I was super bummed the first night and not able to get anything done. Turns out, there is a wifi network and I was able to guess the password the second night. It's simply "internet" None of the workers at breakfast knew anything or said a word. Buffet was very basic, by the way, and the meat and boiled eggs were cold. Overall, cute room but horrible service. And no toiletries.

The experience was poor and uncomfortable. The check-in time is 2 to 8pm. When we arrived at half past 7 after a long drive, it was dark already. Poor, no one in the apartment with only a misleading notice displayed in front of the door. We went round and round the building several times before showing a man nearby the photo of notice who told us how to find the reception. When we finally got to the reception in a restaurant, the waitress was impolite showing that she didn't care us. She requested us to pay the hotel fee in cash which we have paid in full already at Hotel.com. Finally, we managed to stay in 3rd floor with heavy luggage. The next morning, we decided to stay one more day in Cesky Krumlov and asked the waitress for the price for staying one more night in the same room. The waitress gave us a price much higher than the one showing in Hotel.com and could only pay in cash. She rejected us for booking via Hotel.com, saying 'No'. So we decided to move to other hotel.

En pärla i en sagolik stad

Sagolik liten medeltida stad. Så rofylld och vacker. Det går inte att få bättre valuta för pengarna än ett rum på denna pension! Rymligt och bekvämt med två rum och pentry. Fantastisk frukost på en närbelägen restaurang.

Location is rated 5 star Not enough lights in the stairway, we stayed on the third floor and there's no lights in the stairway so I had to turned on my cell phone flash light, in order to safely get in and out of the property. Room is very basic, comfortable bed. Our room comes with a small kitchen, but all the dishes, cups, pots and pans, utensils are very dirty and oily, I spent a great deal of time just washing dishes before and after. Breakfast that comes with the room is very basic, coffee/tea, ham/cheese, bread, tomatoes, cucumber. Breakfast offered from 8-10, we went there at 9:0, some of the items were almost gone, but it was not restock, so we had to eat whatever is available.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Nøgle hentes på restaurant Mastal, hvor morgenmaden også indtages, som efter tjekkiske forhold var god. Parkering ca 350 m væk. Værelset i ældre slidt stil, men pænt rent. Køkken med div. Udstyr, kogeplader, mikroovn og køleskab. Rigtig godt til prisen.

OLD FASHIONED ESTABLISHMENT

This hotel (apartments) has 2 aspects going for it and a number certainly against it. It is certainly centrally located, right in the middle of the Old Town. It has charm - very old building, winding wooden staircase to reach your room etc. but in respect to customer service it leaves a lot to be desired. To check-in you must locate a small under street level restaurant that is not even in the same street. It is 160 metres (not 80 metres as advertised by the property, I measured it). The restaurant is located in a corner of the Main Town Square. When located and we advised we wanted to check-in, we were handed the key with a grunt by the male property manager and advised breakfast was here each morning from 8am. When I inquired about internet access, he pointed a finger to a small typed note on the wall that contained a password. Hardly a word exchanged. However internet access is non-existent. I tried to connect each day over 3 days, morning, afternoon and evening but could not even get a connection to input the password. The room was basically furnished with a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was basic as well with a very small shower, similar to a cruise boat, with basic provisions. The bed on first sight looked like a camp bed but was comfortable and we slept well. As I said, the building has charm and served our purpose of viewing the old city of Cesky Krumlov.

停車場不在附近.飯店check in要先到廣場餐廳拿門鎖.再去飯店. 飯店入口在側面. 沒有電梯.隔日不能寄放行李.行李可寄放在餐廳旁的遊客服務中心.要收費 餐廳提供免費好吃的早餐. 很棒

接待櫃台和住宿地點不同要特別注意。跟老闆登記入住時覺得態度不是很友善，付完住宿費後問你知不知道公寓的位置後就直接給鑰匙，叫你自己去，沒有任何住宿介紹。事先知道要搬行李上樓，公寓內沒有吹風機，冰箱有味道，但房價合理，地點非常好；在鎮上中心，公寓房內可看到彩繪塔，房間明亮寬大。

최악의 호텔...비추..

최악의 호텔..체크인 하는 프런트와 직원이 호텔에 없고 한참 빙 돌아 뒷편에 있는 레스토랑으로 별도 방문해서 체크인하고 키를 받아 다시 호텔로 가야 함. 호텔 위치는 중심가쪽에 있어 나쁘지는 않은 편..주차는 차로 10분이상 걸리는 꽤 먼 거리의 주차장에 주차하고 호텔로 걸어 들어와야하고...직원들이 상당히 불친절함. 매우 비추..

음산한 기운이 도는 호텔

일단 이 호텔은 음식점과 같이 해서 펜션에 리셉션이 없고 근처 레스토랑에서 체크인을 해야 해요. 저희는 12시에 도착했는데 식당이 바쁜 시간이라 짐도 안 맡아 더라구요. 근처 관광안내소에 맡겼네요. 키를 받아서 들어갔는데 정말 불도 잘 안 켜지는.오래된 쥐 나올거 같은 건물이었어요. 되게 오래된 건물이라도 할슈타트는 아늑한 느낌이었는데 중세릉 여행하는 느낌였거든요.. 근데 여기는 너무 기분이 안 좋아서 빨리 동네를 옮기도 싶었어요. 체크아웃 때도 직원이 왜 어제 페이 안 했냐고 자기는 얼만지 모른다고 얼마냐고 화내더라고요. 절대 묵지 마세요!! 이번 여행에서 깔끔하기만 해보이면 좀 저렴한 호텔에거 묵고자 해서ㅜ다섯 군데 묵었는데 여기만 별로였네요

Great location and breakfast

We had a lovely time in C Krumlov and this property is in a super location. The room was very clean, spacious and beds were all comfortable. We had a water leak at the toilet waste water that was not repaired during our stay - it was not major, we just had to contribute a towel to contain it. The breakfast was very ample and delicious. The staff were polite but not really customer service oriented. We would return.
