Maalesef ilk defa olumsuz yorum yapıyorum çünkü müşteri memnuniyeti kesinlikle ön planda değil. Dikkat etmeden oda aldık yerin altında çıktı pencere 20 cm idi rutubet vardı daha düşük fiyata başka yerde normal oda mevcutken niye burda kalalım dedik türlü bahanelerle iade edilmedi, üsteleyince seçenek olarak başka bi yeraltı odası (pencere 80 cm) veya fark verirsek normal oda teklif edildi, tavırlarından dolayı kabul etmek istemedik ama mecburen diğer yeraltı odasına geçmek zorunda kaldık hakkını yiyemeyecegim kahvaltı güzeldi ama bayram diye insanları böyle zor durumda bırakmayın ve ederinden fazla fiyatlar istemeyin Alaçatı nın ruhunu da öldürmeyin, böyle davranarak da müşteri kazanamazsınız!
