It is not look much from the outside but inside it is very nice. The people are very friendly as you would expect from a 20 room hotel. The standard room was much bigger than expected and they could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was very good and the staff vert pleasant. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet peaceful holiday.

Fantastic staff! Just a few negatives…

We had a great few days at Villa Renk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but thankfully our room was ready so could check in early. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the large pool. In room facilities were basic - fridge with bottled water, bar of soap in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and hand cream but no body wash. There was no kettle / tea or coffee making facilities which was a bit disappointing. The condition of the room itself was a bit rough around the edges. Cracks in the bathroom mirror, shower sealant a bit discoloured and the handheld shower nozzle had a split so affected the water pressure. The room was very clean, but obviously just needs a bit of TLC. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the great selection every morning, in particular the freshly cooked donut breads were amazing! It’s a shame there is no longer a restaurant here because the hotel is quite far from any alternative. You can either walk 1km down into Cesme, or get a taxi into Alacati (or opt for a sandwich from the Shell petrol station nearby which we did on the last two days for lunch). There is also quite a lot of road noise at the hotel. Not a problem in the rooms but only if you’re out by the pool. All together we did enjoy our time here, I just wanted to be honest about the condition of the rooms and the location for anyone considering staying here. The staff made up for these factors in abundance though!

One of the BEST hotels we have stayed at. The location is perfect walk to the beach beautiful pool and what a breakfast spread. Of special mention are the owners who are extremely friendly and always wanting to help. Habib was phenomenal!! Goekhan at the front desk is the most incredible, helpful, friendly person you will ever meet. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel

20 odalı merkezde deniz manzaralı mükemmel temizlikte ve sakinlikte çok ama çok iyi bir butik hotel. Hamburgerinden kahvaltısında havuzunun temizliğinden odaların düzenine çok beğendik. TEŞEKKÜR

Alaçatı’ da daha önce de butik otel deneyimlerim oldu ancak burası butik otel ötesi bir kaliteye sahipmiş. Sahibi olan hanımefendinin birebir her gün yanımıza gelip ilgilenmesi, gidilmesi gereken yerlerle ilgili önerilerde bulunması, güleryüzlü samimi tavırları güvende ve rahat hissettirdi. Odaların hijyeni, kahvaltının temiz ve kaliteli olması ayrıca mutlu etti. Tatilimizi mükemmel kıldı. Tüm çalışanlar işini severek yapıyordu, güleryüzlü, pozitif ve yardımseverdi. En ufak bir pürüz bile yaşamadık. Tüm çalışanlar hayvan dostuydu ve köpeğimle bile ayrıca ilgilendiler. Odalar her gün temizlenip kullanılan eşyalar hiç atlanmadan değiştirildi. Çoğu yaz otelinde bu maalesef dikkat edilmeyen bir konu. 7 gün konakladık, ödediğimiz fiyatın çok daha fazlasını hakediyor bu kalite. 2 kız olarak gittik ve yıldızlı o büyük otellerden daha güvende hissettik. Merkezi konumda heryere yakın olması ve manzarası ayrıca bir güzellikti. Alaçatı’ nın sıkışık, küçük alanlı saçmasapan “instagram” butik otelleri yerine kesinlikle burada konaklamanızı öneririm. Otele giriş yaptığınız ilk gün ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız.. tam anlamıyla bir tatil yaşattılar. Kaliteniz için teşekkürler!

Hayal kırıklığı

2 gece kaldık, bizi karşılayan Gökhan bey ilgiliydi, teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu iyi, ama odalar kötüydü. Pansiyon/hostel tarzı bir yer, asla bir butik otel havası yok. Yorumlara aldanıp seçtik ama hayal kırıklığı. Nisan ayında sadece incecik bir pike konulmuş, yorgan istediğimizde olmadığı ve klimayı açabileceğimiz söylendi. Klima inanılmaz gürültülü sabaha kadar çocuklarla çok rahatsız olduk. Camlar ses geçiriyor, yol sesi olduğu gibi içerde. Odaya girince kapının önünde bir çekyat var ama ona yetişkin sığmıyor çocuklar yatabilir ama güvenli bulamadık. Sabah sıcak su yoktu banyo yapamadık, biz söyleyince şofbeni açtılar. Otelin arka taraftaki otoparkında domuz çıkabilir tabelası var, bu da çocukları ve bizi korkuttu. Bu otelin bu puanı alması bizi çok şaşırttı.

De baliemedewerker heeft alles verpest. Hij doet niet zijn best om je te helpen als je iets doorgeeft of vraagt. De 1ste dag gaf ik al aan dat de doucheput niet goed leegliep. Hij zei gelijk dat het kwam omdat ik de kraan te hard open had staan, zonder moeite te doen om even te komen kijken. Na 7 dagen kwam de schoonmaker erachter dat het niet goed doorliep en heeft het toen verholpen. Wanneer mijn vrouw met een klacht naar de baliemedewerker gaat over dat de kamer vies is word ze niet serieus genomen en respectloost behandeld. Hij gaat gewoon verder met zijn telefoongesprek terwijl ze nog niet zijn uitgepraat en komt daarna ook niet terug om het op te lossen. Ik begrijp niet wat zo een man te zoeken heeft bij dit hotel. Stuur hem met pensioen of laat hem op de markt staan. Verder wel leuk gehad bij het ontbijt, echt gezellig personeel die je graag helpt met een glimlach.

Dit is echt een super hotel, letterlijk alles was top! Je word vriendelijk ontvangen en ze geven je veel handige tips van de omgeving om te doen. Het ontbijt is letterlijk wow, je kan gelijk gaan zitten en binnen enkele minuten staat je tafel vol met verse hapjes en broodjes. Elke dag voeren ze een gesprek met je of alles naar wens is en of we bepaalde dingen al gezien hebben. De laatste dag kregen we een gratis upgrade in de grootste kamer met een enorm terras met uitzicht op de zee. Wij zijn nog nooit zo goed ontvangen, volgend jaar blijven we langer in dit hotel.
