A perfect place for everyone, also for families

A beautiful great couple welcomed us, the place was like home for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our 2.5 year old son, he also enjoyed his holiday. I recomend 100% this cute hotel, it's a must if you go in Çeşme 🙏❤️

I booked this not really knowing what to expect… I wanted some “local flavor” and it delivered! This was a very quick walk from town through charming Street. Anything you need was only a few dozen meters away on foot. The staff was wonderful and I was having the breakfast in the central courtyard was relaxing. The tea was a perfect start to our day under a pomegranate tree. Comfortable and I felt safe enough to let my kids roam a bit on their own.

Eski bir Rum evini çok güzel restore etmişler. Taş ve ahsabın huzuru hissediliyor. Temiz ve özenli bir aile işletmesi. Ev sahipleri veli bey ve eşi çok misafirperverler. Kahvaltı da ev yapımı reçeller ve hizmet çok güzeldi. Mekanın bahçesinde huzurlu ve sakin bir kahvaltı yapmak her şeye değer

Bu otelde geçirdiğimiz konaklama gerçekten harikaydı. Otel sahipleri ve personelin sıcak misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliği bizi çok etkiledi. Resepsiyondan başlayarak her an güler yüzle karşılandık. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Otel sahipleri her sabah kahvaltıda bizimle ilgilendi ve şehrin en iyi yerleri hakkında harika önerilerde bulundular. Personel, her sorumuzu sabırla yanıtladı ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kısacası, bu oteli herkese tavsiye ederim. Harika bir otel

Tarihi taş bir binanın verdiği otantik havayı daha dış kapısından avlusuna girdiğinizde hissedebiliyorsunuz. Otel sahibi Veli bey ve değerli eşi Nermin hanım samimi karşılaması ve hoş sohbeti, çalışanlarının da saygılı, yardım sever olması keyifli bir konaklama olanağı sağladı. Yeşillikler içinde güzel bir bahçede oldukça yeterli, özellikle zengin reçel çeşitleri olan bir kahvaltı harikaydı. Odalar ve otel temiz ve güzel dizayn edilmişti. Otel merkeze yakın, 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Sokaklar dar ama Nermin hanım sağolsun park konusunda bizlere çok yardımcı oldu. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Bu güzel ağırlama için teşekkür ederiz.

Nostaljik bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Otel mükemmeldi. Otel sahipleri ilgili, güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi. İnternet sorunsuz çalışıyor. Odalar, banyolar tertemiz. Konum olarak merkezde. Her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar konaklarmıyım sorusunun cevabı kesinlikle evet olur. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Tek ufak sorun otelin bulunduğu sokaklar çok dar. Araçla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Fakat park yeri için biraz sıkıntılı. Sağolsun otel sahipleri aracımızın park edilmesi için kendileri yardımcı oldu.

Fascino antico per una struttura eccellente

Struttura molto caratteristica, che ha cercato di mantenere l'architettura originale della casa, ha un fascino particolare e profumi e colori unici. fantastica la colazione servita in giardino. Unico neo: la doccia, senza vetro causa l'allagamento del bagno ad ogni utilizzo.

The hotel was beautiful and cozy. Design was adorable. Our stay was so unique and memorable. Breakfast was great and served at a yard on the table. The street was slim bit difficult to drive a car. The only negative point that I can say was bathroom water. Water was not that warm to take a nice shower. We stayed only one night that’s why I didn’t say anything to the reception. In general, we had a lovely stay.

Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri samimi ve hızlıydı. Güzel, şirin bir bahçe içerisinden odalara çıkılıyor. Odalar ahşap ve taş motifli eski bir dokusu mevcut. Konforlu ve geniş odaları var. Başta Veli bey, kuzeni Mehmet Ali ve diğer çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz, yardımsever ve cana yakınlıklarından dokayı.

Çok güzel bir otel, odanin dekorasyonlari çok original, temiz. Otelin yeri çok iyi, sakin bir yerde ama Ceşme nin çarsisina yakin. Kahvalti çok guzel ve lezzetli. Bahcede kahvalti yapmak ayri bir sevk. Otelin sorumlusu ve calisan personel ler cok iyiler. Ceşme de tatil yapmak istiyorsaniz 100/100 bir otel.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr gut zu erreichen vom Hafen aus und sehr nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung ist einfach. Beleuchtung im Zimmer war leider unzureichend. Es fällt kaum Tageslicht rein. Reinigung erfolgt wohl nur auf Anfrage (wurde von uns nicht benötigt). Handtücher vorhanden. Frühstück leider sehr gewöhnlich, nicht abwechslungsreich und ohne kostenlose Specials. Inhaber sehr freundlich. Ambiente im Innenhof sehr schön. Aufgrund der Lage würde ich die Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Çok kötü şikayetimi bildirdim otelin sitede yazılan otopark yok sorduğumuzda otelin sahibi bize çabuk buradan gidin ben sizden zaten paramı alırım içeride almam dedi daha kapının önündeyken garanti olarak verdiğim kartımdan tahsilat yaptı bizi otele almadığı için konaklama yapmadan geri döndük tesisin hotels.com da yazılan standartlar ve resimlerle hiç ilgisi yok turizm sektöründen gelen bir kişi olarak yapılan muameleyi çok büyük şaşkınlık içindeyim her zaman hotels.com u kullanıyorum ilk defa hotels.com un böyle bir tesisi sunduğunu görüyorum

Güzel bir tatildi. Otelin merkezi eski bir yerleşim yerinde olmasından dolayı dar bir sokakta. Bundan ötürü park sorunu yaşanabilir. Ancak otel çalışanları bu konuda yardımcı oluyor. Güzel bir otel ve iyi çalışanları var.Tavsiye ederim.

Babalar günü hediyesi olarak babam ve anneme Çeşme tatili ayarladım.Geri döndüklerinde Parmis Boutique House'u çok beğendiklerini öğrendim. Otel merkezi konumda,her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Çeşme'ye arabasız gelecek olanlar için ideal. Oda otantik rum odası,büyük,ferah ve temiz. Huzur veren bahçe,doyurucu kahvaltı ve güler yüzlü işletme sahibi. Ailem memnun kalmış. Seçkin Bey'e sıcak karşılaması ve yardımlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.
