We had the best time staying at HV Cooperage B&B. Gay and Warren were perfect hosts, so friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. They even let us check out late at such short notice. The breakfast both mornings was amazing (sorry I couldn’t finish all my pancakes, Warren!). The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with thoughtful touches (port wine, coffee pods, milk, biscuits, etc) and had a private entrance that led onto the porch where you could sit and drink wine in front of the beautiful vineyards. I would highly recommend this B&B and can’t wait to stay there again!

The property and B & B are beautiful and very relaxing to stay at. They have gorgeous rooms and offer the most incredible hospitality which includes amazing breakfasts.

A very pleasant place to stay.
An amazing place to stay if you prefer somewhere small, quiet and peaceful and don't want a large resort.

Hunter Valley comfort
A most friendly welcome, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and different each day, comfortable communal area and a lovely vineyard outlook. Convenient location for some touring in the valley. Highly recommended.

If you dont stay there for the great rooms, the lovely hosts or the beautiful views, stay for the ricotta pancakes for breakfast! Would recommend this b&b for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

Perfect for a weekend stay in the Hunter
We spent two nights in the retreat room at Cooperage BnB and were very comfortable. Host Gay and Warren were very friendly and provided info on the local surroundings. Breakfast was lovely and of high quality. Beautiful walks around Kelman Estate. Very peaceful. Overall would recommend

It is our 4th time staying at Cooperage. We absolutely love this place. The hosts, Gay and Warren, are very lovely and warm and make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality gateway in the middle of Hunter Valley.

We had the retreat family suite for 2 nights. Love the glasshouse, it feels like home. It’s so cozy & our hosts Gay & Warren have been so hospitable. Giving us tips as to where we should go & where are the nice restaurants. The B&B is situated within a vineyard. The eggs benedict & ricotta pancakes were yummy. Thank you so much. Great B&B in a unique location
This is a great B&B for a quiet and intimate getaway in the Hunter. Hosts Gay & Warren are fantastic and certainly make you not only very welcome but almost part of the family. The breakfasts are very good and if you stay you must check out the movie theatre.

My partner and I stayed at the Cooperage for 2 nights for the Stevie Nicks & Pretenders concert in November 2017 at Bimbadgen Estate. Our hosts were wonderful and attentive, Breakfast was great and of high quality and our room was everything we expected and maybe a little more. It's a quiet place not to far from Cessnock,that's nestled amongst the vines, with a deck to soak up the afternoon sun whilst having a drink or two. I would highly recommend the Cooperage to anyone looking for accommodation in the Hunter region.

A beautiful cottage run by a hospitable couple
We stayed in the Champaign Suite which is a very large and cozy ensuite with a patio and a beautiful view of the vineyard! The owners of the cottage, Warren and Gay, are very nice and energetic elderly whom everybody would love. The breakfast prepared by Warren is like delicacy from heaven! The egg benedict and pancakes are absolutely delicious!

家族旅行で訪れました。 ぶどう畑に囲まれた美しい場所にあります。 B&Bのご夫婦は、とても親切で暖かいおもてなしをしてくれます。 シドニーから列車で行きました。 ご親切に、Ｂ&Ｂのご夫婦が最寄駅まで迎えに来てくれました! インテリアも素晴らしく、またテラスで頂く朝食は、とても美味しいです^o^ 1日目のパンケーキ、2日目のエッグベネディクトともに、絶品です。 ぜひまた訪れたいと思います！

Warren and Gay accommodated us wonderfully - we especially loved the Ricotta Pancakes on day 2 of our Stay. They left us to our own devices and all in all we had a great relaxing and some much needed R & R.

Very nice house
The owners/ hosts are lovely people. On our check-out day we had to leave very early. Therefore, we couldn't enjoy of the beautiful breakfast on that day, so the night before they left ham & cheese croissants in the mini fridge that was in the room for us to have with coffee the next morning. Very nice gesture!

We stayed for two nights and found the service nice but average. Just the small things such as topping up the water bottles and other amenities during housecleaning would have been good. The breakfast on both days was delicious however on the first morning we arrived at 8:30am (as breakfast is only from 8:30-9:30) and we had to be ready for a tour at 9:40am. Unfortunately we sat and waited for 40 minutes for our hot breakfast, while others were served ahead of us. On the second day, we chose to arrive a little later and at 9:30am Warren started clearing plates around us, even though I was still eating! We felt quite rushed. We love staying at B&Bs and Cooperage was nice but compared to the services of many other places, it left us feeling a little disappointed.

Hi anonymous, Thanks for your feedback, really appreciated. We certainly dropped the ball that weekend. Sometimes everything doesn't go to plan, but we always try.

B&B was incredible, Gay makes the BEST breakfasts and Warren is incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay again!
