"We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment.
Several issues contributed to this negative experience:
• The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor
• The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room.
• We paid 170 euros for a quadruple room, and according to your website this rate...

"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty
2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them.
3. No Kleenex in room
4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke
5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles
6. Floor is so worn out
7. No bellboy to help with luggage
8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "
