"The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance.

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible.
I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view.
The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel.
I hope the hotel improves its customer service...

"It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. It’s better to have the room well maintained and equiped to make it on par for a 4star listing and may charge more. Listing needs to be...

"Some counter tops still dusty, we had trouble with turning on the burner and when we called the host told us to “google” and it was clearly the burner did not work. The hair dryer was broken the cord was 3/4 cut. We did get replacement. Battery of the air conditioning controller went out and the battery cost 10 times more than buying at convenient store. Good thing is that they have laundry option. The drain in the shower was not draining and we had to open the tile flip it up but then that...
