"The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me.
