"Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi. Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room. It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍"

"Absolutely loved this place. It was nicely decorated, modern and clean and had everything we needed along with parking just outside. Lovely to be so close to the seafront and the city centre. It was a little damp inside but we stayed there during an extreme heatwave so I guess that’s to be expected. But maybe a de-humidifier would be worth investing in for such conditions. All in all, loved the place and will definitely be staying there again in the future when visiting Brighton."

"This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. "
