Nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger avec eux sur l’histoire du château, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus enrichissant et authentique. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et chargé d’histoire, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. "Room was good, main bed with bunk beds which our daughter loved! Was nice and dark even when light outside which helped us all sleep in when we had the chance for a little bit! Used the pool a couple of times, not the biggest and people stayed in the hot tub for an excessive length of time but no-one there to monitor it, which was a bit frustrating. Drinks priced as expected but you can order food and drinks in if you want with many options nearby via uber eats. Breakfast - good selection and seated quickly even if there was a queue, however from a personal perspective people need to be respectful and not actively barge in front of those in the queue to get their food and drinks. Minimal awareness or manners from some guests. Shuttle bus frequent however can be jam packed! We walked back after the fireworks/night display which was 30 mins walk maximum."

"WiFi didn’t work well. Kitchen didn’t have pots or pans. I asked for a pot and a pan and was only given a pan. Stove is induction so you can’t use your own unless they’re induction too. Shuttle to Disney takes a long break from around noon to 5pm - so a midday rest becomes impossible if you use it. It’s an hour to walk to the park so you’d need a cab or to use local buses - which will cut walking time down but still takes 40min or so."

"We were pleasantly surprised! Loved our stay here and will definitely come again if we come back to Paris! Staff was very kind. Access to the Spa was a wonderful treat! And a free shuttle/car to take you to Disney Paris! No need to take the train, although only a 4 min walk away if we changed our mind."

"The bathroom required some attention, the shower head didnt stay in the holder and so was diffciult to shower. There were cracked tiles on the bath panel with some mould in places around the bath. Staff on the information desk were less than helpful when requesting a birthday badge for my daughter and sent me to the check in desk.....which i had to queue again, to no avail. Our room (17) and block (11 Luigi) were perfectly placed for a walk to the park. We were unable to find ice from any machine in ANY block, when requesting ice at reception I was relayed back to the machines. You get what you pay for and this stay was perfect for what we needed (comfy bed at the end of a long park day) but I don't think we could have stayed more than 2 nights."

"3rd time staying in this hotel. We always come here it's clean and the location is ideal for us. Near to the shopping centre, a bakery for breakfast in the morning and it's a short walk to disney though there is also.a shuttle bus though we preferred to walk as it only takes 15 minutes and is all flat. Will definitely be back next time we come back to Disneyland Paris!"
