Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. "Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. "The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. "The property is in a stunning location right on the lake. The staff were more than helpful - young, stepped up to help at registration, bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable (fab shower!!) the restaurant and bar was amazing. Will definitely return it was a great find👏"
