"This is our first time in Zermatt. This is a very good choice for ski season. We even can saw the Matterhorn every morning breakfast time from the hotel. The service is good. Kind and helpful. "

"The room had a spacious balcony terrace ( room 202) that had a Matterhorn view. The room had a comfortable bed and wonderful duvets. The room smelled of new wood and was spotless.
The hotel is connected to Slalom Ski shop where you can rent skis and bring your skis directly to the ski locker room that the hotel provides as an amenity.
The hotel is connected to a good restaurant with a wonderful staff. The restaurant also has a terrace outside with Matterhorn view.

"Location: The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and you can tell! It’s beautifully done. Sat further up Zermatt the views are brilliant, but still within easy walking distance to the main stations; Zermatt Train station, Sunnegga Funicular, Gornergrat Station (our fav!) and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
Room: We stayed in a Double Room Matterhorn View (room number 601) - although no balcony the windows are plenty big enough to get a fantastic view. Definitely recommend upgrading to...
