"The room and hotel overall was a very nice stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the location was ideal. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because in one of our rooms the ac wasn’t working and the staff didn’t help in anyway to make the stay more comfortable. They said the system was down so they couldn’t give us a new room. Had it not been for that incident the hotel would’ve gotten my 5 stars. Great other than the ac and the staff not helping with the issue."
