"Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."

"I really loved the property. The AC thermostat went out, but, they fixed it fairly quickly. The property owner contacted me immediately and let me know that she would make sure it was taken care of. I know that it wasn't their fault. These things happen. However, I was able to contact someone immediately using the number given, and I was very grateful. I was in town for a wedding, and the fact that they took my concern seriously and tried to resolve it quickly, is so appreciated."

"Hotel was clean, central location to everything we needed and they provided plenty of water and coffee for our room. Carla at guest services was very friendly and informative with tours and got us all set up quickly. Out trip went awesome thanks this facilities location and friendly staff. The only thing we had a problem with was the sound of the tv but really we weren’t in our room for too much time. We had a great stay at hotel Monteleone! Thank you"

"This place is outstanding. The room is so very clean. The staff is so very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast they have in the morning is very good. This place is a five star in my opinion, and I will be staying there again when I return to New Orleans. I was there for a Saint's Football game. I do come to New Orleans often to board cruise ships. This place is perfect for those in town early for a cruise and is close by the cruise terminal. Perfect for families. "
