Bed frame was really low and not big girl friendly. Mattress however is very comfortable. Place is very homie and cozy. Nice shower plenty of space. Love the natural lighting and the the spot of the place was perfect.

When I was planning a girls trip to New Orleans, I stumbled upon a listing for this location. It was within walking distance of several of the main attractions and was cheaper than even some of the sketchier hotels. The rooms was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything a visitor could want! I loved the easy self checkin and checkout system. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to book a trip to New Orleans!!

I've been to N.O plenty times in my life and have stayed at some pretty good hotels but this property that we stayed at this trip is by far our new home away from home when we coming to visit. The location is perfect, the apartment was beyond perfect from the time we walk in the door. The high ceilings to the open floor plan. The bedroom exceeded my expectations, love the full kitchen and the big washroom. I'll be staying here for now on when i visit.

Enjoyable stay in NO

Really liked the unit. Quite comfortable and great location. On the streetcar line so can be a bit noisy, but everywhere in NO can be a bit noisy. Only negatives were no bath mats and no plug for the bathtub.

I love staying with Roami. This was a new location..everything was great with 2 exceptions..the parking sucks..and I the utensils were rusted. Other than that I’ll continue to support the properties!

The place is nice and comfortable. Close to canal and French Quarter. Only down side is trolley is loud and starts early in the morning. So if your early bed great alarm clock. It’s very bright in the mornings. Only blinds no curtains.

Great stay

Beautiful apartment! I would recommend. The bed is so comfortable. Great walking distance from everything. Plenty of stores and food near by. It’s just sketchy outside at night but once I’m in the apartment I feel comfortable and it’s quiet. There’s no parking. Since everything was walking distance and we didn’t need the car we parked at Hilton a few blocks in the garage for $25 dollars a night. I will definitely book again when I come back to New Orleans.

Nice, but staff wasn't helpful

Accomodations were spacious and conveniently located and basic needs were met, however communication with the hotel staff was poor. Response time was very slow and incomplete. They also painted the entryway while we were there and did not rope it off so we ended up ruining our shoes on the wet paint. We probably won't stay there again.

My Stay In NOLA For Essence Fest 2024

The apartment was clean and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus space to sit outside, chill and people watch. Great view of 4th of July fireworks. Downside is to get on the balcony you have to lift a heavy window and secure it with a metal pole. Fortunately I was traveling with a friend to help me They really need to replace that window with french doors to make it easier to use the balcony. Another downside is the rooftop swimming pool is at a sister property, Roami at The Brandywine, about 9 blocks away. Lastly the supply area was not restocked on a daily basis. Overall nice property and 30 seconds from Bourbon St. I would stay again but at the sister property where the pool is.

The location was the highlight of our stay—it’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and right on Bourbon Street, which was super convenient. However, there were a few things that detracted from the experience. There was no clear information about where we could check our bags while waiting to check into our room. We were left confused, and someone pulled up and looked at us like we were crazy as we tried to figure out how to access the luggage area. They then proceeded to talk to us like as I felt like a child which I felt was extremely unnecessary consider considering we were trying to explain to him the situation. Even our cab driver was trying to explain the situation to him, but the guy was still talking to us like that. The heating system was also an issue. Even with the heater turned up, it was still cold, as all the heat seemed locked in the bathroom and bedroom. One of the vents even seemed to blow cold air instead of heat. Lastly, the washing machine and dishwasher were filled with mildew and mold, which was off-putting. The location is great, but the management needs to address these issues to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

Amazing location, choose this over a hotel anyday

Firstly, location: Amazing position. You are almost on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. Little less noise, but access to everything. You are directly above an amazing Oyster/Seafood bar, with great food. And next door is a lovely diner with great eats too. Absolute convenience. The place is quiet, easy access, fast lift. On check in, we had a large penthouse apt. Quaint and large windows, giving access to a small but nice patio. In the morning, we discovered the hot water wasn't working. Devin handled it well, and arranged a move to a different unit. Was a bit disappointing that it was smaller, with no windows and rooms a little more cramped. Not terribly so, but noticeably smaller. Still much better than a hotel room though, and I would choose this anytime over other options. Fittings are dated, but nothing too bad. Kitchen is great with all amenities. TV's work great. Bring your streaming login details. One unit had a hair dryer..other didn't. Please make sure all units have them? Modern access control. I would stay here again anytime, you can't beat this for the price. I should have pushed for the same size unit, but it was still comfortable. So are the beds, although you have to like soft beds. Devin was amazing..he's an asset to Roami.

Place was very nice. Its in an older building so keep that in mind but its been renovated and maintained well. Walking distance to everything, bourbon street, is less than a block away. convenience stores on the corner. i recommend parking at the unipark garage up the way from there, its about a 3-5 minute walk away. safe, i parked there for 4 days, and not once did i have to drive anywhere. make sure to reserve your parking. overall awesome experience will stay here again for sure.
