"Water was a trickle in the room. Room was noisy, bed was hard as a rock, small little mirror in the bathroom. Had 4 nights here, only stayed one and we left. They wouldn't give us a refund."

"The room was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. We booked a pool room and my only complaint is that they had the filter on a timer. It was windy and rainy so often when we got ready to use our private pool, it was dirty. They did adjust the timer to every 2 hours rather than every 4 and would come clean it in request. However, when you want to use the pool, you don’t want to have to wait, especially considering the price point of the room. The pool area got quite messy with the win but...

"At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "we stayed here at the end of our trip and had the seaview room, which was amazing with the views, perfect to relax. Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The staff was very nice - we loved that we could stay until noon for checkout. Breakfast: is a la carte - and is was very good the beach right in front of the hotel has lots of boats and jet skis coming and going, but you are only a 5 Min walk along the beach from the main Kamala beach. there are some nice restaurants around and a 7 eleven...

"A well established property in a developed area with much conveniences. All service staff are well trained and provided excellent service. The food quality and choices are very. The pool is good, but the beach furniture is a bit tired. Overall, a very reasonable getaway, (except for the overwhelming presence of the escaping crowd from that Eastern European country, which the property can not help)."
